Yoga is way more than a physical practice. In this episode, I share what it was like to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Y7 Studio—from the expectations I had going in and logistics of the course, to what it was actually like. We walk through the reasons why I signed up in the first place, how my experience as a spin instructor informs my practice and the countless possibilities of what can come next. *Spoiler* It turns out many people go through YTT with no intention of teaching (say what?) and now I understand why: Its teachings trickle into every aspect of our lives.
Now, don’t worry—we don’t get super “woo-woo” here. But needless to say, there’s a lot I learned over the past eight weeks that I’m excited to share!
